Our goal is to equip young Emiratis with hands-on digital skills, practical experience, and industry exposure that help them excel in the evolving world of technology. SrivTCH’s free Emiratization training programs cover software testing, AI, and coding — helping UAE Nationals build industry-ready skills and supporting the UAE government’s national workforce development goals.

Students who successfully complete the training modules will have the opportunity to participate in a short-term internship with SrivTCH. During the internship, participants will:

This practical experience helps students understand real-world IT operations and apply their classroom knowledge to real challenges.
